📋 Description

• Ensure continuous coverage for PipelineRx clients • Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing • Manage order flow and triage high-volume client calls • Provide first-level technical support and coordinate advanced issues with IT • Contact healthcare professionals to gather required clinical or demographic information • Support workflow during downtime • Help secure emergency shift coverage • Submit nightly shift reports • Assist pharmacists with remote pharmacy services

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • National pharmacy technician certification • 1+ year institutional pharmacy technician experience • 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience • Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills • Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools • Ability to work overnights and/or weekends • Ability to work 7 days on and 7 days off from Wednesday to Wednesday • Ability to work one of the specified overnight shifts: 9p–8a EST or 7p–6a EST • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home
