📋 Description

• Support CMS and HPMS submission activities through data collection, validation, quality reviews, and issue resolution • Ensure accurate and timely submissions across multiple plan years and business priorities • Monitor findings, trends, and corrective actions • Contribute to submission validation and post-submission performance monitoring • Coordinate and validate partner data for Open Enrollment readiness • Support testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities • Maintain CMS-related reporting and operational performance metrics • Provide reporting and analysis to inform business decisions • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across Plan Finder operations • Develop and coordinate Field Alerts and operational communications • Support client-facing communications • Coordinate intake requests, inquiries, and operational support needs through resolution • Support Government Programs Intake Requests through coordination, documentation, and communication • Improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, quality, and team effectiveness • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, trackers, and reference materials • Support continuous improvement initiatives for clients, members, and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, regulated markets, healthcare operations, compliance, pharmacy benefit management, product support, or a related field • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, tracking, and management of complex datasets • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships • Preferred: experience supporting CMS, HPMS, Medicare Plan Finder, or regulatory submission processes • Preferred: experience supporting Open Enrollment or large-scale operational initiatives • Preferred: experience with reporting, analytics, compliance monitoring, or operational performance tracking • Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools • Preferred: experience managing shared mailboxes, intake workflows, or service request processes • Preferred: experience supporting process improvement initiatives • Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field • Preferred: ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home
