📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and optimize the OpCon platform and Continuous products and modules • Guide financial-institution customers through implementation, configuration, upgrades, and optimization • Own customer engagements from initial scoping and environment setup through upgrade delivery, automation buildout, and knowledge transfer • Install, configure, and stand up OpCon in Cloud and on-premises environments • Build new automation workflows and deliver automation consulting services • Perform AppWorx-to-OpCon conversion projects for Fiserv DNA customers • Independently upgrade customer environments • Deliver professional services requests and customer projects • Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams • Provide Sales with technical scoping, effort estimates, and implementation support • Share field insights, identify bugs, and support product testing • Create implementation guides, configuration templates, project prerequisites, and work plan templates • Mentor and support other Automation Consultants • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal projects • Report to the Manager of Consulting Services

🎯 Requirements

• Broad technical proficiency across Windows, Unix, and IBMi administration • Comfortable working in various database environments • Familiarity with Azure Cloud • Ability to write clean scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and SQL • Confidence navigating network and security management • Ability to solve complex technical challenges and decompose them into manageable processes • Customer-facing communication and client relationship skills • Ability to manage competing priorities across concurrent projects, cases, and requests • Ability to work collaboratively across implementation, customer success, support, sales, and product teams • Willingness and ability to travel for implementations, upgrades, customer engagements, team gatherings, or vendor meetings, potentially up to 25% or 50% of the time • Must be comfortable with extended computer use, prolonged sitting, near-vision computer work, and verbal communication • Must live in the contiguous United States
