📋 Description

• Work directly with renters actively searching for apartments • Understand renters' budget, location, move date, lifestyle preferences, and must-haves • Help renters identify matching apartment communities • Communicate with apartment properties • Track client progress • Follow up consistently • Support clients through the leasing process • Manage renter conversations and remain organized from lead to lease

🎯 Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License • Ability to work remotely • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Basic comfort with technology and digital tools • Based in Houston • Willingness to work with renters and apartment communities • Comfortable using CRM tools, property search tools, email, text, and social media • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable • Sales, leasing, customer service, or real estate experience • Prior apartment locating experience is helpful, but not required
