📋 Description

• Work directly with renters actively searching for apartments • Understand renters' budgets, preferred locations, move dates, lifestyles, and must-haves • Help renters identify matching apartment communities • Communicate with apartment properties • Track client progress and follow up consistently • Support clients through the leasing process • Manage renter conversations and stay organized from lead to lease • Build an apartment locating business in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market

🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License • Ability to work remotely • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Basic comfort with technology and digital tools • Comfortable using CRM tools, property search tools, email, text, and social media • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable • Sales, leasing, customer service, or real estate experience • Prior apartment locating experience helpful but not required • Ability to build and operate own business across Miami or Fort Lauderdale
