📋 Description

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and collections • Call banks to request updates and resolve pending items • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and financial institutions • Track outstanding payments, pending requests, and follow-up activities • Maintain accurate records of calls, updates, and communications • Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and bank representatives • Take initiative to resolve delays and ensure outstanding items receive timely attention • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner • Experience in customer service, sales, collections, or similar roles highly preferred • Experience making frequent outbound calls • Ability to manage multiple pending items and follow through consistently • Previous collections experience is not required; training will be provided • Excellent follow-up skills, persistence, and attention to detail • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to take initiative • Resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense of ownership • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced work environments • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management) • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows • Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision • Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs • Interested in long-term career opportunities • Able to undergo a background check • Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet • Reliable backup power source (e.g., power bank, UPS, inverter, or generator) • Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work
