📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok accounts • Create social media and video content using ChatGPT and Canva • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and professional networking • Develop creative content aligned with business goals • Edit and produce video content for social media • Communicate with clients regarding content and strategy • Monitor social media performance and identify areas for improvement • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely content publication • Monitor social media trends and platform updates • Provide executive assistant support, including scheduling and administrative tasks • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Strong communication skills and professional client communication • Previous experience managing social media accounts • Experience working with ChatGPT and Canva • Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok • Portfolio showcasing previous social media, creative, and video work • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns • Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, outreach, or business purposes • Experience in customer service, executive assistance, virtual assistant, or similar roles • Ability to independently manage social media accounts and take ownership of account activities and performance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours • Reliable computer running Windows 10 or newer, two monitors, and stable high-speed internet • Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work • Strong organizational, multitasking, creative, proactive, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and adapt to new systems and workflows • Interested in long-term career opportunities
