📋 Description

• Support the Head of Research Operations • Generate original research for the insurance industry, Triple-I members, and consumers by analyzing insurance, economic, and financial data • Track research requests, sponsorship contract development, research deliverable progress, and other project management needs • Contribute to executive reports, issue briefs, blogs, presentations, and web content • Perform analyses using best practices in data governance • Communicate data excellence and insights through traditional reporting products and data visualization tools • Use primary and secondary research to respond to inquiries from members, staff, academics, consumers, and others • Collaborate with other Triple-I departments to identify, define, and support research needs and objectives • Perform additional data analytics and administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a research-related field required • Minimum of 5 years total experience • Experience in project management, writing research articles, or reports required • Prior experience and/or working knowledge of the risk management or insurance industry preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, Outlook) • Creative usage of Generative AI for research and project management tasks preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Professional oral and written communication skills • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with ability to accomplish tasks independently as needed • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
