📋 Description
• Build the organizational structure, activity, and influence of The John Birch Society within assigned territory • Responsible for recruitment of members and building of chapters and sections • Find, train, motivate, and supervise chapter leaders and section leaders • Evaluate volunteer leaders’ effectiveness and implement training programs quarterly • Establish new chapters and strengthen existing chapters • Develop effective leadership for standing committees and special activities • Cooperate with all races and religions in a manner of goodwill • Develop financial support through donations and contributions
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledgeable with the agenda of the John Birch Society • Ability to speak to people and react to questions • Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd • Self-starter and able to work independently • Must live within his/her territory's primary zone or be willing to move to open territories • Travel is a necessary part of the Coordinator's duties
