📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage workload for a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst • Oversee customer contract management for Kraft Heinz merchandising events, including Ads, EDLCs, and TPRs • Ensure timely and accurate contract execution • Oversee bill payment activities for assigned retailers, including invoice review, payment tracking, and discrepancy resolution • Manage third-party contracting and payment partners • Drive process discipline, standard work, and continuous improvement across contract and bill payment activities • Partner with Customer Sales Managers and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support customer team needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer support, accounts receivable, procurement support, contract administration, bill pay, or related areas • Prior people leadership experience • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Advanced Excel skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience working with customer portals or similar web-based systems • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
