📋 Description

• Assist assigned sites in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems • Ensure compliance with KHC policies, regulatory requirements, and third-party standards • Support plants in achieving Quality KPIs through root cause activities, corrective and preventive action, and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide quality systems leadership and issue-resolution support to assigned sites • Guide assigned sites during internal and external audits • Participate in HACCP validations, microbiological program assessments, allergen validations, and plant process audits • Serve as business unit lead for assigned key quality systems initiatives • Act as primary point of contact for internal sites and subject matter expert for selected external partners • Educate BU Quality staff on quality systems initiatives • Lead quality systems improvement programs, including GMPs, QPEs, security assessments, allergen assessments, lab proficiency, HACCP compliance, execution, and weight control • Assist plants with regulatory issue responses, including NR’s, MID, PFF, and label claims • Maintain plant audit readiness and manage supplier site assessments and certified supplier programs • Lead FSSC/QCMS programs, plant audit preparation, corrective action responses, and quality chain audit responses • Lead continuous improvement and training initiatives, including plant visits, observations, actionable follow-ups, category improvement plans, and quality training • Support special situation investigations, supplier quality/non-conforming raw materials, SAP and quality data systems, Agile, Quality Suite, category communications, shared services communications, and consumer dissatisfier improvement plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in quality, R&D, or operations • Green Belt/Black Belt/Certified Quality Engineer • Familiarity with Kraft Quality Policies and Procedures is preferred • Experience with ISO, and/or FSSC 22000 beneficial • Capable of managing multiple priorities and plants • Ability to influence key internal and external business partners, assess and manage risk, and communicate across the supply chain required • Willing to travel 40-50%
