📋 Description

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance • Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients • Identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions • Educate clients on available coverage options • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Follow up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline • Set and manage your own appointments and daily schedule • Maintain accurate client and sales records • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development • Work toward personal and team goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance OR willing to obtain a life insurance license • Full-time commitment and availability • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent follow-through and time-management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required • Go-getter mentality and strong desire to succeed • Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do • Coachable, driven, and willing to learn • Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to reach your goals
