📋 Description

• Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software platforms. • Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns accurately and in a timely manner. • Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Collaborate with team members and clients to address accounting-related inquiries and issues. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other similar accounting software platforms. • Previous experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members and clients. • Must be able to work night shifts (US time zone) or split shifts (1:00 PM–5:00 PM, then 8:00 PM–12:00 MN).
