📋 Description

• Process purchase orders, including generation, submission, tracking, and three-way matching • Support month-end activities, including transaction matching, bank reconciliation assistance, and journal entries • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Maintain accurate financial records and process documentation • Work with accounting and finance systems and maintain accurate data across platforms • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and assigned projects • Manage day-to-day financial workflows and support month-end close activities and reporting across multiple clients

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of prior employment experience in bookkeeping, finance, and/or accounting • Prior employment experience in administration and/or business analytics • Proficient in QuickBooks Online • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills • Ability to exercise creativity and independent judgment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
