📋 Description

• Build and optimize a global factory network and manufacturing processes • Uphold radical customer-centricity, ultra-low MOQs, high quality, and fast production • Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to create efficient workflows • Evaluate, implement, and leverage AI, automation, and data analytics • Define and track meaningful KPIs across manufacturing, customer service, and customer success • Map and rebuild the customer journey from initial quote through final delivery • Optimize the customer experience and UX • Build, mentor, and scale distributed teams across manufacturing, customer service, and customer success • Oversee Manufacturing, the Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience • Experience specifically within high-growth startups, e-commerce platforms, or tech-forward supply chain companies • Career experience at the intersection of complex physical operations (supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics) and modern technology/SaaS • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities • Fluency with data, complex KPI definition, and data-driven organizational change • Experience using modern tools, AI, automation, and deep data analytics • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, marketers, and factory managers • Ability to build, mentor, and scale distributed teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Raw intelligence, business acumen, and logical reasoning • Extreme ownership and accountability • Ability to embrace constructive feedback and adapt rapidly • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
