📋 Description

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers • Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect • Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to procedures • Promote credit and loyalty programs • Maintain merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor • Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and entire store • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback • Support store shrink reduction goals and programs • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment • Cross-train and work in multiple store areas as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

• Possesses excellent customer service skills • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail • Capable of multi-tasking • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation • Works effectively with peers and supervisors • Retail customer experience preferred • Must comply with applicable labor laws, policies, and procedures • Must participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
