📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services • Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily • Explain programs and guide families through the intake process • Follow up to collect insurance information, documentation, and consents • Track progress in Salesforce and other systems • Meet and exceed goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles • Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment • Excellent communication and persuasive skills • Driven by results, goals, and bonus opportunities • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at follow-through • High school diploma required • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus • Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred • Must reside in the USA
