📋 Description

• Provide leadership oversight, planning, and execution for SaaS implementation projects • Drive multiple implementation projects from customer engagement through planning, execution, and launch • Develop customer relationships and customized implementation approaches • Manage customer data assessments, extract setups, wholesaler integrations, and software configurations • Train customers on software functions and support transition to the live project state • Serve as the primary Verity program subject matter expert and coordinate additional resources • Work with Sales during contract transition into implementation • Facilitate communication with Pharmacy and TPA partners and Verity stakeholders • Partner with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and Account Management • Lead transition of completed projects to account management • Follow and improve project and procedural workflows • Maintain and create internal and client-facing documentation • Use document and project-management platforms to complete work

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of customer-facing technology implementation and project management experience; SaaS preferred • Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired • Project management experience; PMP certification desired • Experience onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software offerings is a major plus • Customer-focused approach with proactive problem-solving and commitment to exceeding expectations • Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot customer data and/or Verity Solutions database schema problems • Strong MS Office experience; expert Excel capability required • Proven high-level verbal and written communication ability • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously • Demonstrated passion for customer support and troubleshooting • For permanent or occasional work from home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required
