📋 Description

• Support Dental Economics through analytics of provider cost and utilization to drive affordable network growth • Develop reports, models, dashboards, and analytic solutions covering provider performance, network impact, and business trends • Query data warehouses, extract claims and product data, and transform complex data into clear reporting • Consult with senior business leaders to clarify requests, frame business questions, and recommend analytic approaches • Mentor junior team members and share best practices • Support ad hoc analytics for internal and external stakeholders using business knowledge, data insights, SQL, SAS, and other tools • Collaborate across departments to align stakeholders, support project handoffs, and provide subject matter expertise • Manage multiple priorities, negotiate timelines, and deliver work within service levels and deadlines • Communicate findings, risks, next steps, and outcomes clearly to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or related field • 3+ years of post-graduate degree and/or industry related work experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Proficiency in SQL along with Python and/or SAS or R • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills • Preferred: experience in healthcare or dental claims analytics • Preferred: experience analyzing provider contracts, claims utilization, network performance, or cost-of-care trends • Preferred: proficiency with Tableau or Power BI • Preferred: experience developing models, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Preferred: ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations • Preferred: experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional partners • For work at home, internet service must be cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload
