📋 Description

• Help business and technology partners deliver solutions that are ready for real-world use. • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across business processes, user workflows, reports, interfaces, and data validation. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements, support end users, and are ready for production release. • Develop UAT approaches, test conditions, test scripts, and test cases that validate end-to-end business workflows. • Guide business partners through UAT execution, helping teams understand project scope, readiness expectations, and testing responsibilities. • Track, monitor, and report UAT progress, results, and defects while coordinating resolution and retesting with project and QA partners. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to remove roadblocks, reduce delays, and support timely issue resolution. • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, readiness, and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or UAT coordination. • Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing for business processes, workflows, reports, interfaces, or data validation. • Strong ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear test cases and testing plans. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Experience facilitating meetings, tracking issues, and driving follow-through across cross-functional teams.
