📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and members through a high volume of inbound calls • Manage approximately 75–100 inbound calls per day • Coordinate and schedule medication shipments • Provide order-status updates and answer questions accurately • Support payment collection or co-pay assistance when applicable • Transfer calls to appropriate departments when specialized support is needed • Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate challenging situations • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting performance and quality expectations • Adapt to changing processes, systems, and patient needs • Complete the required 12-week training period without absences

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • At least 6 months of customer service experience • At least 6 months of call center experience • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain information clearly • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment • Reliable internet access and a distraction-free home workspace • Ability to attend and complete full training without absences • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Memphis, TN; Tempe, AZ; Warrendale, PA; or Whitestown, IN • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or benefits-related roles (preferred)
