📋 Description

• Provide phone and electronic support to B2B customers worldwide • Provide support to the Inogen B2B sales team • Enter all B2B orders and process B2B customer RMAs • Answer and maintain the domestic partner hotline and other inbound calls from B2B customers • Operate Inogen IT systems, including Oracle and CCOD • Lead or contribute to projects important to the B2B team’s success • Maintain accurate pricing for B2B customers • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field of study, preferred • 2 years’ experience in a senior customer service role, required • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and CCOD, required • Experience and ability to care for International distributors and customers • Strong work ethic • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
