📋 Description

• Develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards providing visibility into cost, utilization, and network performance • Design and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Databricks, and Tableau • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting strategies aligned with business priorities • Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and performance optimization • Establish data quality and validation frameworks • Train and guide stakeholders on data interpretation and self-service analytics • Deliver targeted analyses supporting business decisions and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation across multiple data sources • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance (preferred) • Experience in healthcare analytics, including cost, utilization, or network performance analysis (preferred) • Familiarity with provider reimbursement models or network analytics (preferred) • Experience with AI-enabled analytics or process automation (preferred) • If working at home, internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
