📋 Description

• Support Account Management, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive functions and client deliverables • Execute tactical work ensuring data availability, accuracy, and usability • Fulfill ad-hoc and scheduled reporting deliverables • Provide advanced analytical guidance and communicate results to project stakeholders • Use SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools to explore and interpret large data volumes • Compile and construct data and data models • Maintain and improve data quality and performance • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets • Coordinate with internal teams to understand stakeholder and business priorities • Create and implement data governance procedures • Improve reporting processes and procedures • Manage existing company data operation initiatives • Evaluate needed system and process enhancements • Provide consultative input so stakeholders can communicate report results to clients • Develop tools and processes for client and account team support

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years' experience in health care/managed care with direct responsibility for data analysis and management, relational databases, and reporting • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Ability to write programs/code for queries and retrieve data from multiple tables/sources using SAS or SQL • Intermediate expertise in relational database concepts • Strong preference for claims reporting, deep-dive analysis, and benefits utilization analysis background • Ability to use Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or other data mining and manipulation tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access • Experience translating business needs into usable internal and client-facing reports • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong data mining, research, and root cause analysis skills • Self-motivated, initiative-taking, and able to prioritize work • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
