📋 Description

• Serve as a key liaison between Accredo and prescribers by developing strong working relationships internally and externally • Manage incoming provider phone calls through a phone queue and respond to provider emails • Independently resolve support inquiries related to prescription receipt, drug coverage/pricing, prior authorizations and overrides, billing/copay, orders and shipments, missed commitments, and escalations • Communicate inquiry and investigation details to drive immediate and successful resolutions • Aim for first-call/chat resolution and provide outbound follow-up when necessary • Partner with the Program Management team to support conversation rates and turnaround time for the assigned product • Identify trends in healthcare provider challenges and report on Pharma Client calls • Drive internal process improvement and partner internally to overcome obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree a plus • 2+ years of Accredo specialty pharmacy-related experience required • 2+ years of client management or program support experience and collaboration with matrix partners • 1+ year of experience managing escalated issues and handling difficult conversations clearly and professionally • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail, impeccable organization, and time management • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and support multiple projects while meeting deliverables • Proficient computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications • RxHome and CSP familiarity preferred • Professional presence while meeting virtually, both on and off camera • Travel may be required, less than 20% • Availability for Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required
