📋 Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Evernorth Workplace Care Coaches • Ensure that the customer's coaching experience is of the highest quality • Drives the achievement of measurable improvements in clinical, quality and cost outcomes • Proactively engaged in ongoing operational effectiveness reviews • Collaborate with all matrix partners within the organization • Maintains a team of EWC Coaches (Registered Nurses, Health Educators) and manages their performance • Acts as a liaison and builds relationships with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Cigna/Evernorth Retiree • Must have Health Coach Manager experience within Evernorth Workplace Care • Bachelor’s degree in health science field or working toward degree • Master’s Degree preferred • Three or more years of clinical experience preferred • One or more years of management/leadership skills strongly preferred • Demonstrated management/leadership skills required • Knowledge and understanding of health behavior change and its application • Demonstrated experience in public speaking/presentations • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment • A high energy level and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential • Passion for health improvement of customers • Diverse Clinical experience, including working with individuals with chronic illnesses preferred • Experience in health education and wellness coaching
