📋 Description

• Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies • Document medication details in electronic records • Interview patients and caregivers • Consult pharmacists to resolve medication discrepancies • Assist with quality assurance data and clinical services • Handle orders • Support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims • Work schedules ranging from 3a–11p, Sunday–Saturday, including weekly or 7-on/7-off schedules

🎯 Requirements

• State Pharmacy Technician License required • National Pharmacy Technician Certification required • 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience • 1+ year of Medication Reconciliation/History experience in hospitals • Strong computer skills • Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech • Ability to work independently or within a team • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills • Emergency availability • Home internet through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
