📋 Description

• Ensure continuous coverage for PipelineRx clients • Support pharmacists by managing order flow • Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing • Triage and manage high-volume client calls • Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues • Contact healthcare professionals to gather required clinical or demographic information • Support workflow during downtime • Help secure emergency shift coverage • Submit nightly shift reports • Work shifts every other Saturday and Sunday from 6a–5p EST

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred • National pharmacy technician certification • 1+ year(s) institutional pharmacy technician experience • 1+ year(s) retail pharmacy technician experience • Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills • Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools • Ability to work overnights and/or weekends • Internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider • Internet speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
