• Coordinate intake and tracking for new requests, initiatives, resource needs, and delivery commitments across the Strategy Execution Office • Maintain a clear portfolio inventory that shows initiative status, funding type, ownership, dependencies, and key planning milestones • Track requests from intake through transition to delivery, helping teams stay aligned on next steps, timing, and follow-up needs • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that help leaders review progress, risks, decisions, and portfolio priorities • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities so teams have a shared record of commitments • Partner across planning, delivery, product, and business teams to gather information, resolve gaps, and support strong governance routines • Provide administrative and operational support that improves planning discipline, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day execution for the team
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, administration, reporting, or a related field • Experience gathering, tracking, and organizing information across multiple stakeholders, priorities, or workstreams • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, follow through on details, and keep work moving • Comfort creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, presentation materials, and status updates • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly for different audiences • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, communications, or a related field (preferred)
