📋 Description

• Lead and drive product and growth strategies, initiatives, and programs for Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Dental priorities • Develop and direct product definitions and solution plans to optimize the company’s product portfolio • Evaluate business opportunities through analysis of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment • Develop new product value propositions and targeted feature sets • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and regulatory issues and recommend new products and improvements • Drive strategies supporting IFP growth and innovation • Engage in Monthly Business Review and annual Strategy meeting planning for the IFP Dental business • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Clinical teams • Design and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Contribute to market research, regulatory analysis, and competitive intelligence • Develop presentations, strategic updates, and recommendations for leadership and executive stakeholders • Champion innovation, agility, and continuous improvement • Support product definitions and solution plans and contribute to dental product deliverables and assigned projects • Develop project proposals and business cases and support implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, preferably in healthcare or insurance • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience working in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience • Advanced degree preferred • Deep understanding of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and regulatory landscape • Experience in enterprise or large-scale program management • If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
