📋 Description

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support • Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities • Refer customers to Cigna clinical programs or client-specific programs as clinically appropriate • Establish health improvement plans with customers and set personalized evidence-based goals • Support customers in achieving health goals and becoming active participants in their health outcomes • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health • Lead and support group coaching, wellness challenges, and health-related seminars • Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks, blood pressure, and body composition measurements • Use biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes • Support health-related site events, including open enrollment, wellness committee facilitation, flu shot events, and health fairs • Collaborate with matrix partners to support the aligned client’s health and wellness strategy • Develop action plans that drive clinical value for customers and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the respective state, with ability to maintain active licensure • At least 3 years of experience in the health and wellness field • At least 1 year of health coaching or health education experience • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification • Strong clinical skills • Dynamic presentation skills • Ability to work independently • Customer-centric focus • Ability to collaborate professionally with clients and matrix partners • Ability to understand and manage clinical targets and outcome measurements • Proven administrative abilities • Strong computer and software application skills • Chronic disease management experience is a bonus • Motivational interviewing training or experience is a bonus • Smoking cessation and diabetes experience are bonuses • Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and nicotine screen • Home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
