📋 Description

• Provide customer coaching and support focused on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges • Perform stress, anxiety and depression screening • Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities • Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client-specific programs as clinically appropriate • Establish health improvement plans and personalized evidence-based goals with customers • Support customers in achieving health goals and becoming active participants in their health outcomes • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health • Lead and support group coaching, wellness challenges and health-related seminars • Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes • Collaborate with matrix partners to support aligned clients’ health and wellness strategies • Own clinical targets and outcome measurements • Develop action plans that drive clinical value for customers and clients • Perform additional responsibilities within the scope of certification or licensure • Support training or mentorship of new employees as needed

🎯 Requirements

• RN required with active, unrestricted license in respective state, and ability to maintain • Compact license or additional state licenses may be required, with ability to maintain • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • At least 1 or more years of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion • High-speed internet and quiet office space in dedicated home office • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • High energy level, with dynamic presentation skills • Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors • Passion for health improvement • Ability to work independently • Customer-centric focus • Ability to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and other matrix partners • Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills • Ability to support early or later hours depending on customer needs
