📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and apply professional coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies • Evaluate clients' presenting concerns and determine appropriate resources, interventions, and referral pathways • Maintain compliant case documentation and report outcomes, metrics, and service utilization data in the proprietary database • Demonstrate understanding of H&WB products and services, EAP counseling, work-life, legal, and financial services, and make appropriate cross-referrals • Guide clients regarding available services and referral procedures • Develop relationships with internal and external customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner • Design and facilitate structured coaching sessions, assess readiness for change, and establish measurable goals • Educate clients about the coaching process and available services • Contribute expertise to client-facing materials, tools, and resources • Facilitate online group coaching sessions and webinars • Use motivational interviewing, active listening, and goal-setting frameworks to foster behavior change • Participate in program enhancements and independently manage assigned projects and deliverables • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • 1-2 years related experience required • Superior active listening and coaching skills • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic to client concerns • Certifications in Wellcoaches, Catalyst Coaching, NBC-HWC, or Certified Health Education Specialist preferred • Additional certifications such as Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian, or Yoga/Meditation Instructor are a plus • Outstanding customer service skills • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop relevant customer communications materials • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Excellent organizational skills; highly self-motivated and dependable • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite • Flexible day and evening hours required to meet client availability • Stable work history required
