📋 Description

• Lead and execute quality assurance processes for retail network client custom pricing files • Maintain, validate, and reconcile pricing file data for completeness and integrity • Write, modify, and optimize advanced SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc client requests • Develop and enhance SQL logic for large and complex enterprise datasets • Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues affecting pricing accuracy or client deliverables • Implement controls and preventative measures to improve data quality and reduce risk • Design, maintain, and improve automated processes for efficiency, consistency, and turnaround times • Collaborate with Account Management, Contracting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to research and resolve inquiries • Communicate data insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders • Perform weekly maintenance on pricing file data • Develop standardized SQL logic for ad hoc data inquiries • Support the retail network/PBM relationship through contracting inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare/managed care, preferably within Rx/PBM operations, with direct responsibility for data analysis and reporting • Advanced SQL expertise, including writing complex queries from scratch and modifying existing logic across large-scale datasets • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently validate and QA work for data accuracy • Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role • Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and actionably • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines • Experience with large datasets using SQL, Teradata, and Excel • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working from home
