• The Business Project Senior Advisor is a senior individual contributor on The Cigna Group’s CX Activation team. • Responsible for leading and executing high-priority customer experience (CX) programs that serve as enterprise sources of truth for CX progress and accountability. • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery – establishing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies. • Contributing to the development of key deliverables and program assets. • Management of the Customer Experience Source of Truth and the Customer Transparency Report. • Build sustainable operating models, processes, and governance mechanisms that enable programs to scale over time. • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and subject matter experts, facilitating decisions-making and resolving ambiguity across complex initiatives.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs or initiatives in a highly matrixed environment. • Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, timeline management, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, balancing strategic thinking, project leadership, and hands-on delivery of high-quality work products. • Proven experience developing executive-ready materials, reports, presentations, or communications. • Strong written communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
