• 8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large organizations • Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, or automation • Strong background in financial workflows and cross-functional collaboration • Experience working with global teams or enterprise-scale transformations • Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives • Experience in enterprise transformation and financial workflows • Expertise in process mapping, requirements development, and workflow design • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
