📋 Description

• Review architectural, lighting, and electrical plans • Mark up plans and direct CAD teams in the creation of construction documentation • Develop load schedules, panel schedules, keypad schedules, risers, and control narratives • Review and approve drawing packages prior to construction • Develop and maintain engineering standards across all lighting projects • Support field teams during installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning • Assist with fixture selection, compatibility review, and control strategies. • Develop and review project submittals • Program Lutron Lighting Systems (Homeworks QSX, RadioRa3)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of luxury residential lighting control experience • Lutron HomeWorks Certification • Experience creating lighting control documentation and submittals • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely • Experience with Ketra lighting systems (Preferred) • Advanced HomeWorks programming experience (Preferred) • Ability to visit project sites within the New York metropolitan area periodically (Preferred)
