📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand paralegal support to client law firms • Support short-term and long-term legal projects • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents • Complete court filings and manage calendaring and deadlines • Organize and manage case files and discovery materials • Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events • Draft and prepare legal documents • Work independently while providing dependable and responsive support • Participate in a 30-minute online meeting about The Freelance Firm and the opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience • Strong experience with California civil and/or probate litigation • Familiarity with California court rules, procedures, and filing requirements • Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents • Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadline management • Ability to organize and manage case files and discovery materials • Experience coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events • Strong drafting and document preparation skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently • Resume submission required
