📋 Description

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives • Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies • Prepare and review trust-related documents and amendments • Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and provide legal guidance throughout the estate planning process • Conduct legal research and assist with estate planning and trust matters • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of client matters • Maintain organized case files and meet all client and court deadlines • Work approximately 10+ hours per week as demand requires • Attend a 30-minute online meeting during the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida • Minimum of 5+ years of estate planning and trust experience • Fluent in Spanish, spoken and written • Strong experience drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills • Strong communication and client relationship skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently • Self-starter able to work independently • Experience with WealthCounsel is strongly preferred • Experience with Trustate is a plus • Experience with trust administration and probate matters is preferred • Familiarity with sophisticated estate planning strategies is preferred • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus
