📋 Description

• Provide in-person coverage for hearings, conferences, and other court appearances as needed • Assist with family law case management and strategy • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other family law documents • Review case files and help move matters forward efficiently • Provide back-end support on active family law matters • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure cases remain on track

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio • Located near Canton, Ohio (Cleveland and Columbus area candidates will also be considered) • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience • Comfortable handling both in-person coverage and back-end legal support • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills • Experience with case review, case strategy, and case management • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently
