📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for legal projects for client law firms • Assist with all phases of litigation, including pleadings and discovery • Schedule and manage litigation-related events such as depositions and mediations • Conduct legal research and support attorneys with case strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal • Strong experience with e-filing pleadings in state and/or federal courts • Experience scheduling depositions, mediations, and other litigation-related events • Ability to assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery • Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and compliance with deadlines • Experience drafting pleadings and legal correspondence • Ability to conduct legal research and support attorneys with case strategy • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently • Proactive and professional communication skills
