📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms • Manage litigation files for California personal injury cases • Draft discovery and support litigation from inception to trial • Ensure compliance with California civil litigation procedures and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in California personal injury litigation matters • Prior experience handling Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and/or Premises Liability cases • Ability to independently manage active litigation files with minimal supervision • Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, deadlines, and court requirements • Experience drafting discovery and supporting litigation matters from inception through trial • Experience with e-filing, calendaring, and litigation case management • Prior experience with CloudLex strongly preferred • Ability and willingness to quickly become proficient with Eve Legal AI tools and workflows • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
