📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. • Collaborate with attorneys on Florida real estate litigation matters. • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. • Manage multiple cases and ensure deadlines are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in Florida real estate litigation matters • Strong experience handling HOA and condo association matters • Experience with real estate litigation matters such as foreclosure, quiet title, eviction, and related disputes • Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence • Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery, filings, and case management • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and ability to support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs.
