• Accountable for delivering analysis and recommendations that will impact growth and profitability across multiple distribution channels for a state (or multiple states in the region). • Work directly with the Product Region Lead on activities that drive business results, advance Product strategies, and comply with state specific regulatory standards. • Effectively develop and leverage a network of reliable, efficient working relationships with other departments including Pricing Analytics, Countrywide Line Product, Performance Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, Service, and other partner areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field or equivalent in work experience • 2+ years of relevant Property & Casualty Analytical and/or Product experience in position with a strong focus on data analysis • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills using intermediate Excel, with thorough attention to detail; experience with Business Intelligence tools including (but not limited to) Business Objects, ThoughtSpot or TM1 preferred, but not required • Demonstrated ability to evaluate various data and use it to develop actionable recommendations • Bias for action, with the ability to multi-task and make effective business decisions • Experience presenting recommendations to peers; additional experience delivering presentations to Senior Management preferred, but not required
