📋 Description

• Execute sales priorities and support retail strategy within an assigned territory • Influence store-level outcomes and drive long-term business results • Partner with store leadership, internal teams, and peers to implement strategies, solve problems, and communicate clearly • Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items • Execute Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans across retailers • Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays • Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions • Report daily activities using tablets after each workday • Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts per day

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the listed territory ZIP codes • Valid US state-issued driver's license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use • Must be able to commute within territory boundaries • Ability to drive long distances and make multiple daily sales calls • Ability to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently • Ability to use tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to territory coverage changes • Availability to work 20–25 hours per week • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred but not required
