📋 Description

• Execute sales priorities, supporting retail strategy and influencing store-level outcomes • Partner closely with store leadership and internal teams to implement strategies and solve problems • Utilize consultative selling skills to influence solutions that drive results • Establish and execute retail priorities by developing clear strategy for each store call • Apply influence and negotiation techniques using sales strategies • Lead problem solving efforts by implementing optimal solutions • Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey Items • Ensure retail execution of Merchandising Plans with various retailers • Report on weekly activity, expenses, and account changes within assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Valid US state issued driver’s license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage • Reside or commute within the territory boundaries • Ability to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily • Lift 10-40 lbs. regularly with or without reasonable accommodations • Bend, kneel, stoop down demonstrating manual dexterity regularly with or without reasonable accommodations • Use tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required
