📋 Description

• Sell and ensure best-in-class merchandising of Hershey products • Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays • Visit 6–10+ retail accounts per day • Execute sales priorities and support retail strategy within an assigned territory • Use consultative selling, influence, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques • Develop and execute retail priorities and strategies before each store call • Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items • Execute headquarters sales and merchandising plans with retailers • Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions • Report daily activities using tablets after each workday • Partner with store leadership, internal teams, and peers to implement strategies, solve problems, and communicate effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Valid US state-issued driver’s license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use • Reside or be willing to commute within the listed territory boundaries • Ability to drive long distances and make multiple sales calls daily • Ability to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop down, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to use tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • Availability to work 20–25 hours per week • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3–4 years of food merchandising experience preferred but not required
