📋 Description

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory • Execute retail sales and merchandising plans across various retailers • Build displays and increase distribution of top-selling items • Replenish permanent secondary displays • Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions • Report daily activities via tablet at the end of each day • Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts per day • Make multiple sales calls throughout the assigned territory • Represent Hershey brands including Reese’s, Hershey’s Kisses, Twizzlers, and Jolly Ranchers

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the listed territory boundaries/cities • Must be willing to travel to store locations • Valid US state-issued driver’s license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $300,000 per person / $300,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage • Name The Hershey Company as an additional insured or interested party on the auto insurance policy before hire • Ability to drive long distances and make multiple daily sales calls • Ability to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to use tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • Availability to work 20–25 hours per week • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred but not required
