📋 Description

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory • Execute headquarters sales and merchandising plans with retailers • Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays • Achieve merchandising objectives through permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions • Submit daily activity reports using tablets • Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts per day • Develop store-call strategies aligned with store, regional, or retailer objectives • Influence solutions and secure additional opportunities or commitments • Lead problem-solving efforts and evaluate alternative approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Must be willing to reside and travel within the listed assigned-territory ZIP codes • Comfortable traveling to each store location • Must drive a personal vehicle 55+ miles per day in the assigned territory • Ability to work 20–25 hours per week • Workday must overlap core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, unless business needs require otherwise • Relationship-oriented selling skills • Consultative selling skills • Influence and negotiation techniques • Problem-solving skills • Must be able to use tablets for daily activity reporting
