📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted business partner to franchise owners and clinic leadership teams • Work alongside franchise owners and their leadership teams to identify opportunities, coach leaders, improve operations, and drive measurable business performance • Spend approximately 70–80% of your time visiting clinics throughout your assigned territory • 20–30% working from your home office completing planning, reporting, follow-up, and virtual meetings • Improve clinic performance through data-driven coaching and operational excellence • Coach franchise owners, clinic managers, doctors, and wellness coordinators • Evaluate clinic operations and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient experience • Develop trusted partnerships with franchise owners through consistent communication, follow-through, and proactive support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-unit operations, franchise operations, healthcare operations, or business consulting experience • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and coach improvement • Exceptional leadership coaching and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Highly organized and self-directed • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
